What DEADLINE provides

DEADLINE is a guided family-readiness workspace where members can organize personal wishes, practical information, contacts, and instructions. It is an organizational tool, not legal, financial, or funeral advice, and it does not replace qualified professionals or documents that may have separate requirements.

Accounts and information

Use an account that you are authorized to access and provide information you are comfortable recording. Keep your information current using the available app controls. Do not enter passwords, PINs, recovery codes, or full credentials in vault fields; the app specifically asks members not to store those items there.

You are responsible for deciding what information to record and which contacts to name. A saved preference or contact entry is a record of your instructions; it does not by itself change another person’s legal rights or create a professional service.

Check-ins and notifications

Members choose a 3-, 6-, or 12-month check-in interval and may separately opt in to automated follow-up. When opted in, DEADLINE sends reminders to the member on the due date, day 7, and day 14. If the check-in remains unconfirmed, a limited notice is scheduled for day 21 at 9 a.m. in the member’s chosen time zone. It goes only to the first approved contact who separately verifies their email and consents. Backup contacts are not contacted unless separately approved.

A missed check-in is only unconfirmed. The notice is not proof of death, incapacity, or an emergency. This feature does not provide emergency response, welfare checks, automated death verification, or automatic vault release.

Members can pause or cancel the protocol. Resuming starts a fresh cycle. Delivery is not guaranteed; when a delivery outcome is uncertain, it is not automatically retried.

Invitations and account access

If you use a restricted invitation, it is addressed to a specific email and limited to the sections selected for that invitation. The recipient must sign in with the invited email to accept. Do not treat a contact entry or check-in schedule as a grant of account access.

Subscriptions and checkout

DEADLINE Lifetime Access is $99 one-time for lifetime access for one person. It is not a subscription and has no recurring billing. Limited-time offer. Ends December 1, 2026 (America/New_York). DEADLINE Continuity is the secondary option, offered as a $49/year recurring annual subscription. The price and billing details presented in hosted checkout govern the purchase, and account billing provides a link to the hosted billing portal for subscription changes. Checkout and payment handling are provided through MadeThis; this storefront does not set or replace the checkout’s billing terms.
